The internal longitudinal seam welding machine uses gas-shielded arc welding, while the external longitudinal seam welding machine uses submerged arc welding. The machine is equipped with a welding oscillator on the welding gun, and users can adjust the width of the weld formation according to the welding requirements. A television monitoring camera is also installed near the welding gun, and the operator can observe the weld tracking situation in real time through the monitor on the control console.
The external longitudinal seam welding machine can weld the external longitudinal seam of power poles with a diameter of 300mm-1800mm. The submerged arc welding head on this equipment is equipped with a two-dimensional tracking device, which can automatically adjust the welding gun according to the direction of the weld seam during the welding process. The welding system is also equipped with a flux recovery machine, which automatically recovers and reuses the usable flux. This set of specialized equipment can be configured as a dual-station welding system according to user needs to improve equipment utilization.
