Welding positioners generally consist of a turntable and a tilting mechanism. The workpiece fixed on the turntable is rotated and tilted to achieve the required welding and assembly angle. The turntable rotation is steplessly adjustable via a variable frequency drive, allowing for satisfactory welding speed. This series includes various types of positioners such as side-tilting, head-tail rotating, head-tail lifting and rotating, head-tail tilting, and dual-rotating types. They can be used with welding manipulators to form automatic welding machines, or as peripheral equipment for robots to achieve automated welding. Custom-designed special positioners can also be provided according to the user's workpiece type and process requirements.
