Product Introduction:
The self-adjusting roller frame is independently developed by our company, drawing on the advantages of similar products at home and abroad and combining the usage requirements of many boiler and pressure vessel manufacturing plants. It is widely used in welding metal shells and is a special equipment required for the manufacturing of boilers, pressure vessels, etc. It features advanced technology, reliable quality, and easy operation. The self-adjusting roller frame consists of one active frame and one passive frame, each with four wheels. All four wheels of the active frame are active wheels; those under 20T are driven by a single motor, while those above 20T are all driven by dual motors.
Performance Characteristics:
1. The standard self-adjusting roller frame consists of one active frame and one passive frame; it can also be customized with one active frame and multiple passive frames according to user requirements, making it convenient and adaptable.
2. It can automatically adjust the swing angle of the roller group according to the diameter of the workpiece, eliminating the need for manual adjustment.
3. All four rollers of the active frame use gear meshing transmission to achieve four-wheel drive.
4. Polyurethane-coated rollers offer high friction, long lifespan, and strong load-bearing capacity. Using an AC frequency converter for stepless speed regulation, it features high starting torque, a wide speed regulation range, stable operation, and multiple protection functions such as overpressure, overcurrent, overload, and overheating. 5. The starting, stopping, forward rotation, reverse rotation, and speed adjustment of the active roller frame are all operated on the remote control box. 6.
7. It has an interlock interface that allows for linkage control with the manipulator to form a welding center.
